I am a video editor and post producer based in Cairo. I cut shows, ads, podcasts and documentaries — and on bigger campaigns I sit on the post team, keeping things moving between the edit, the grade and sound until the film is finished.

Not the obvious cut.
I come at editing with a fresh perspective that is not stuck in the clichés of the job. I would rather experiment with a technique I have not tried than reach for the safe version, and that is usually where a project finds its own shape.
I started with my university graduation film — a short movie I produced and directed myself — then spent time at Studio 77 cutting a full review show, and most recently worked the post side of agency campaigns at Good People Films alongside editors, colourists and VFX teams. Different seats, same job: get the thing finished and make it land.
